Certified Dyson Refurbished FAQs

What is a Certified Dyson Refurbished machine?

These are certified refurbished machines that have been previously sold by Dyson and returned.

How are Dyson machines refurbished?

Each machine is hygienically deep cleaned, tested, and inspected to meet the Dyson quality standard. Genuine Dyson parts are used where replacements are needed.

Can I return my Dyson refurbished machine?

Unfortunately, refurbished machines cannot be returned and are final sale.

Do Dyson refurbished machines come with a warranty?

Yes, all refurbished machines are covered by a Dyson warranty – for one or two years. Please check the machine page for complete information on the warranty.

Can I use interest-free payments with Certified Dyson Refurbished?

You can split your Certified Dyson Refurbished purchase into three equal, interest-free payments which is available at checkout.
