The HEPA filter captures 99.97% of particles as small as 0.3 microns³ from the air. So hands are dried with clean air not dirty air.
The Dyson digital motor V4 uses digital pulse technology to draw up to 5.3 gallons of air per second⁴ through the machine, for fast hand drying.
HEPA-filtered air is channelled up the machine by the motor, forcing sheets of filtered air through precision apertures at high pressure. Water is scraped from the hands, removing more water, in less time.
The fastest energy efficient HEPA-filtered hand dryer.⁴
Wash and dry your hands at the sink with Airblade™ technology.
Engineered for hygienic performance. Designed for compact spaces.

Carbon Trust certifies that drying hands with Dyson Airblade has a lower carbon footprint per use than using warm air dryers or paper towels.
HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) relates to the risk assessment and management methodology used in the food industry.
NSF Protocol P335: Hygienic Commercial Hand Dryers establishes health and sanitation requirements for hygienic hand dryers. This includes requiring hand dryers to dry hands completely within 15 seconds using air filtered with high-efficiency particulate air (HEPA) filtration, thereby removing 99.9% or more of airborne bacteria.
