Your order number is included in all emails Dyson sends you regarding your order. The order confirmation email is usually sent within 24 hours of placing your order.
If you haven't received an email from Dyson yet, check your spam inbox.
We offer 2 years warranty on: cordless vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, styler, straightener, lights, purifiers, fans and fan heaters. 5-year guarantee on: corded vacuums. 1 year warranty on accessories and spare parts. To activate the guarantee, you can do so via this link here.
If you have changed your mind and wish to return the product, you can cancel your order within 35 days of receiving the machine. To cancel, please contact us on 1-877-397-6622. We will collect the machine, free of charge, with our courier. You will receive a full refund of the price you paid for the Products and any applicable delivery charges you paid for. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case:
a) 14 days from the day you return any goods supplied, or provide evidence that you have returned them, or
b) if there were no goods supplied, 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.
