Replace the battery

Loosen the base and pull it away from the remote. Replace the battery with type CR 2032.

Use the middle control toggle to adjust the speed of the airflow.

Unplug the machine for at least 5 seconds or until the LED goes out.

Plug the machine back in and retest.

Check for blockages

Remove the loop amplifier from the telescopic stand by pulling gently on the loop.

Remove the telescopic stand from the Main body by turning the telescope anti-clockwise.

Check the loop and telescope for any debris or blockages.

Ensure the seal is not damaged or missing and no debris visible around the Main body.

Reassemble and test the machine.

Has this resolved the problem?

The fan has a strong, smooth airflow when switched on. The airflow should be strong enough to lift a sheet of newspaper past 45 degrees.

Hold a newspaper approximately 2 meters (6' 6'') away from the product with the airflow control dial turned to maximum.

Before switching on, please make sure the fan is positioned so that the airflow or oscillation is not obstructed.

Switch the machine on.

When in the ‘on’ position the ON/OFF button should have a blue LED light surround.

Check the feet are attached correctly

Ensure all the feet are attached to the base of the machine.

Place the fan on a flat, non-slip surface.

Wipe the machine

The following areas should be checked and cleaned to maintain the machine's performance.

Loop amplifier - clean with a dry cloth.

Main body - clean with a dry cloth

Shroud - clean with a dry cloth or soft brush

Unplug the machine for at least 5 seconds or until the LED goes out.

Assemble your machine

Lower the Main body onto the base, aligning the arrows.

Turn the base clockwise until it clicks into place.

Lower the telescope onto the base, aligning the arrows.

Once aligned, turn the telescope clockwise to lock.

Lower the loop amplifier onto the telescope.

The remote control can be magnetically attached to the top of the loop.

To operate, point the remote control toward the front of the base and press the standby ON/OFF button.

Alternatively press the standby ON/OFF button on the Main body.

Please note, the remote control can be magnetically attached to the top of the loop.

Adjust the loop

Lift or push air loop up or down for required airflow height.

  1. This is the Standby button on the appliance and it is used to turn the machine on/off.
  2. This is the oscillation button on the appliance and it is used to start/stop the fan turning.
  3. This is the central airflow control on the appliance and it is used to adjust the speed of the airflow.

Gently move the loop backward or forward for the required airflow angle.
