Order before 9pm seven days a week, we'll dispatch your products the same day for next working day delivery to UK addresses (including the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Skye). We'll delay dispatch if you've requested delivery for a later date or time. For more information see here.
Once confirmed, you can track the estimated delivery time of your Dyson order by visiting the Tracking Page. To do this, you will need your order number and postcode.
Your order number is included in all emails Dyson sends you regarding your order. The order confirmation email is usually sent within 24 hours of placing your order.

We offer 2 years warranty on: cordless vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, styler, straightener, lights, purifiers, fans and fan heaters. 5-year guarantee on: corded vacuums. 1 year warranty on accessories and spare parts. To activate the guarantee, you can do so via this link here.
If you have changed your mind and wish to return the product, you can cancel your order within 35 days of receiving the machine. To cancel, please contact us on 0800-298-0298. We will collect the machine, free of charge, with our courier. You will receive a full refund of the price you paid for the Products and any applicable delivery charges you paid for. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case:
a) 14 days from the day you return any goods supplied, or provide evidence that you have returned them, or
b) if there were no goods supplied, 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.
