The Dyson digital motor V7.

With a remapped impeller and retuned electronics, to generate more power than the Dyson V6™ handheld vacuum. This power-dense motor uses digital pulse technology and a neodymium magnet to spin at up to 107,000rpm.

The Dyson V7™ handheld vacuum also delivers a longer run time. New battery chemistry developed in its six rechargeable nickel cobalt aluminum cells provides up to 30 minutes of strong fade-free power.

Patented 2 Tier Radial™ cyclones.

15 compact cyclones, working in parallel across two tiers, generate powerful g-forces to fling dust out of the air and into the bin. The post-motor filter is 1.5m of ePTFE porous membrane sandwiched between layers of PE/PET, folded 158 times to fit in a compact space. It captures microscopic dirt particles as small as 0.3 microns – including pollen, mould and bacteria.

The Mini motorized tool has 3,920 stiff bristles, which drive into fabric fibres to maximize the amount of dirt that is agitated and sucked into the bin. The head pivots to maintain constant contact across upholstery, mattresses or awkward car interiors. Tough drive housings are made from PBT+PC, the same material as snowboard bindings.
