Test the Mini motorised head

Short pile carpet

Test the tool on a low pile carpet.

Image showing how to connect the mini motor head.

Does the Brush bar spin whilst in contact with the low pile carpet?

The issue appears to be resolved

The Brush bar may stall on long piled carpets and rugs, this is normal and helps prevent damage to the machine or surface.

Using the machine in standard (not max) power mode will help avoid this, although it may not be possible to use the motorised head on very long pile.
