Re-fit loop amplifier

Remove loop amplifier and refit it ensuring that there is no uneven gap between the it and the main body.

AM07 is intended for use as a desktop fan. IEC 60879 Performance and construction of electric and circulating fans and regulators states that the distance over which a fans airflow is felt should exceed three times its width. Dyson AM06/7/8 far surpasses this requirement.

Paper test

Turn the airflow control to maximum.

Hold a sheet of newspaper approximately 4 meters (13') away from the product.

The paper should lift beyond 45o.

Check the machine

Clean with a dry or damp cloth.

Ensure that the narrow opening is free of obstructions.

Perform a reset

Turn machine off

If none of the fan's functions work and the display shows an 'F' code carry out the following checks:

Turn the power off using either the power button on the remote or the main body.

Press the button to turn the machine On/Off.

Hold the button to change the airflow.

Interruption in electricity

Assembling your machine

Lower the main body onto the base, aligning the arrows.

Turn the base clockwise until it clicks into place

Lower the loop amplifier onto the base, aligning the arrows.

Once aligned, turn the loop amplifier clockwise to lock.

The remote control can be magnetically attatchd to the top of the loop.

Press the Standby button on the appliance to turn ON/OFF.

Airflow will increase to a maximum before decreasing.

Power

To operate, point the remote control toward the front of the base and press the standby ON/OFF button.

Alternatively press the standby ON/OFF button on the main body.

Oscillation

Toggle oscillation on or off with the remote.

Airflow

Airflow can be set by the airflow buttons on the remote.

Airflow can also be set on the machine. Press and hold the power button to roll through settings 1 to 10.

Timer

To set the sleep timer, select the desired time.

When the time reaches zero, the appliance will go into standby mode.

To cancel, reduce the time until two dashes appear.

Tilt

Carefully hold the base and the top of the air loop amplifier.

Tilt forward or backward for the required airflow angle.

Attach the remote control to the top of the appliance with the buttons facing down.
