Delivery and Returns:
Vacuum cleaner/Fan deliveries
The cost of your vacuum cleaner or a fan includes delivery costs with Purolator.
On acceptance of your order, we aim to deliver the product(s) within 7-10 working days, subject to availability. Please note that there are a small number of postcodes, usually in remote rural areas to which we may not be able to deliver within this timescale.
If no one is in when Purolator call, they will leave a card saying that they have tried to deliver your machine. You must then follow the instructions on the card. Dyson will not pay the cost of a redelivery.
Accessories and spares deliveries
Orders will be delivered to you within 7-10 working days of the acceptance of your order, subject to availability of stock.

You may return your purchase of goods by notifying Dyson within 30 days of receiving the goods. Please note that all refurbished goods are final sale. Your notification may be given either:
- By post to the address above, marked for attention of the Customer Service
- By email to firstname.lastname@example.org; or
- Call Helpline 1-877-397-6622
- You must return the goods in their original packaging to us at your expense. Note that if you fail to take reasonable care of the goods we might not be able to accept their return. Otherwise, Dyson will refund the full purchase price to you within 30 days of the receipt of your notice of cancelation. Goods returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the goods to you and the cost incurred by you in returning the goods to us.
