Vacuum cleaner/Fan deliveries
The cost of your vacuum cleaner or a fan includes delivery costs with Purolator.
On acceptance of your order, we aim to deliver the product(s) within 7-10 working days, subject to availability. Please note that there are a small number of postcodes, usually in remote rural areas to which we may not be able to deliver within this timescale.
If no one is in when Purolator call, they will leave a card saying that they have tried to deliver your machine. You must then follow the instructions on the card. Dyson will not pay the cost of a redelivery.
Accessories and spares deliveries
Orders will be delivered to you within 7-10 working days of the acceptance of your order, subject to availability of stock.

If you wish to return any product purchased from the Dyson Store within the first 30 days, please contact us prior to returning your merchandise to identify the correct return shipping address and method. Please do not return your item to the Dyson Canada head office. You can email or call:

You must return the goods in their original packaging. Note that if you fail to take reasonable care of the goods we might not be able to accept their return. Otherwise, Dyson will refund the full purchase price to you within 30 days of the receipt of your notice of cancellation. Dyson will pay in advance for the return shipping of any machines.
